Global Sim Quick User Guide

We suggest that you limit the use of your "Global Sim" in the USA, as the local carrier rates are substantial.  (Global SIMS have all been pre-tested, so we encourage you to save money and wait until you are outside the US to use your Global SIM.)

How to make and receive calls:

Incoming Calls:

     Answer your phone as usual.

Outgoing Calls:

1.      Always dial the FULL international phone number, even if dialing a local number. Only country code, area code, local number.  Do NOT dial the “+”, and do NOT dial “00” or other international access codes.

2.      After pressing the SEND key, wait between 5 seconds and press "END".  Your phone will ring.  Answer it and your call will be connected. If you do not answer the phone when it rings (or if you press ignore or end), you will be called back 2 more times.

3.      To Place another Call, do NOT Press END. Press ** and follow the prompts.   

Voice Mail: 

For Setup and Access, dial *151 and SEND.

Please keep the "Standard" greeting.
