Trouble-shooting- Call Forwarding- Iridium 9500

If your phone is able to make calls but not receive calls, it is possible that the phone has been set on Call Forwarding to Voice Mail.

For the 9500, the procedure to correct this is as follows:

go to Menu, Call Related Features, OK, Menu, scroll to Call Forwarding, OK, Menu, scroll to Cancel Call Forwarding. It will say Call Forwarding Off. Click OK.
