Basic Dialing Instructions from Taiwan:
To make
any international call:

- From your Nokia rental phone please
go to Menu, Setting , Phone Setting , Network
Selection (6-2-4) and choose “Manual”. Select “Sparq” as your
network provider. When leaving the country, make sure to change back to
Automatic.
Dial
017 + 1 + Area Code + Phone Number and press CALL
For
example, in order to call to the US (our office) dial:
(017)
~ 1 (country code) ~
415(Area code) ~ 9290400 (Phone
number) and press CALL
If the 017 service is busy or can not connect:
Dial
00 + 1 + Area Code + Phone Number and press CALL
For example, in order to call to the US (our office),
dial:
(00) +1 (country code) + 415(Area code) + 9290400 (Phone number)
and press CALL
