Dial 00, + the Country code, Area code, Phone number and press CALL  

For example, in order to call to the US (our office)

(00)+ 1 (country code) + 415(Area code) + 9290400 (Phone number), CALL

To make a call from Thailand to China:

Dial 00, + 86, Area code,Phone number and press CALL
